Reservation
/ Deposit Policy
A one night stay deposit is required with each cabin reserved. For rentals more than 2 nights, a 50% deposit, of the nights reserved, is required. Holiday weekends are a
3 night minimum stay and must be paid in full at time of reservation.

RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!.
Cancellation
Policy
To cancel, shorten, or move your reservation, we must be given a 15 day notice in order to receive a deposit refund. Under 15 days, deposits will not be refunded. Reservations made within 15 days of check in, will be required to be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
In any case, cancellations will be
charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.
GROUP RESERVATIONS AND GATHERINGS
A fee of $100 will be charged for group reservations. If your party has more than 6 people, or you use one of the larger cabins for gatherings if your group has several cabins reserved, a one time fee of $100 will be charged at the time of your reservation.
